amy, february 27th.

i had the grand opportunity to shoot the subtle, delicate beauty of fifteen-year-old amy for a shoot at a nearby park. i wanted a shoot reminiscent of childhood, of white and cream, of bows and ribbons, and of lace and tulle. when we shot, it was late afternoon, and the sun was hiding behind a great expanse of trees. there were many distractions - curious bystanders and inquisitive joggers turning their heads at every opportunity - but amy, determined as always, worked through it all. i have edited thirteen photos, which you can view larger on my flickr.
